Partial Transcript:

Hi, Happy Quilty friends. It's Holly. I have exciting news. We are doing a 3in square fabric swap! If you are joining us for the boho heart quilt along, uh this is part of that. But if you also want to join us and you're not part of that, you can do that, too. So, here's what's going to happen. You're going to ship me stacks of 3inch squares. There's 35 fabrics in each one of those. That's a fat quarters worth. You might have a few extras uh of 3-in squares already cut stacked with all the like squares together. So, this is six fat quarters worth. Can you see that as well? And then you're going to put in a return envelope that has prepaid postage. Your address is going to be on there. You've already paid for that. That's how that's coming to me. When I open it up, I'll see these. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to shuffle the fabrics so that everybody gets a few of each of these fabrics back. Uh it might be something like three or four. It might be five or six, just depending on how many people we have participating. All right. If you're part of Boho Heart, this is just something we want to do just for the love of fabric. We've we've suggested for this uh sew along that you just use fabrics that you love. And again, we want you to use fabrics that you love. Although there are some rules for fabrics for this swap. We want quilt store quality fabrics. This means that you're purchasing your fat quarters at a quilt store or you've used quilt store fabric to cut them out of. No fabric from big box stores like Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Michaels, Jo-Ann's, any of those. We want to make sure that we're exchanging our best with each other because we want this to feel really fun when you get your fabrics back and you're excited and impressed with and impressed with the fabrics that you've gotten. What to expect about the fabric? We're asking that you do up you can do up to three colors and up to three low volumes. What is a low volume? Something that looks like a printed sheet. Lots of negative space, blank space. Usually it's white or maybe light gray or cream colored. And then a little amount of print on there. If you would like to participate in the swap and you're not part of the Boho Heart Group, here's what I'm going to ask. We're not asking a fee for this swap, but if you would do me a favor and if you would support my YouTube channel, it's @happyquiltypeople. Give me a like, go watch a video, share a video, or better yet, subscribe to my channel. I am this close to getting monetized. Uh, and I would very much like to do that so I can continue to create some online space for people to have uh, quilting groups to be a part of. That's my whole goal.

We are asking that you have your fabrics sent in by St. Patrick's Day. That's March 17th of 2026. and then we will get them back out to you by the end of March so that you can have them for your April sewing because in April for our block of the month sew along, we're making half square triangles.
